The formation of this council marks a significant step towards strengthening Qatar's position in the field of museums on an international scale. The panel of board members will include, Dr. Fatema Al Sulaiti, who will sit as Vice Chair of ICOM Qatar Committee, Dr. Hafiz Ali Abdulla, Sheikh Abdulaziz Al Thani, Mr. Jack Thomas Taylor, Ms. Zeina Arida, Ms. Aisha Al Attiya, Ms. Mariam Al Suwaidi (treasurer), Dr. Rashid Malheya (secretary) and Ms. Nabilah Asarow (secretary).
